About Us

The China Muslim India Business Network (CMIBN) aims to promote trade and travel among India, Muslim countries and China. As an exclusive business network focused on sapping the combined benefit of China, India and the Muslim countries, it promotes mutually beneficial trade, commerce, investment, industrial collaboration, technology transfer, joint ventures, international exhibitions, business delegations, economic cooperation, people to people friendship etc. We render all services to our members without any additional charges, apart from the annual subscription and initial entrance fees.

In furtherance of its objectives, CMIBN aims to establish chapters in most of the key Indian cities, and the cities in China and the 56 nations that for the OIC – Organisation of Islamic Conference.

CMIBN hopes to enter into a working arrangement with the following:

a)   The largest companies in China which are looking for resources

b)   The largest Indian companies which are looking at expanding into the China and Muslim markets

c)    Investment Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds especially from the OIC countries interested in the China and India growth story

CMIBN hopes to work on specific projects through its chapters– for example Rebuilding of Libya – which will bring together the large Chinese companies interested in Infrastructure development and the large service companies in India which can provide the necessary legal, and information technology services to rebuild the Libyan economy.

 
In addition to chapters created in the various cities of China and India and Islamic countries, CMIBN hopes to set up special interest groups such as the following:

A)   Travel – to make travel easier for business and tourism. Projects may include assisting in obtaining air rights for direct travel and ensuring smooth and efficient processing of Visa requirements which in the long run should be as simple as possible

B)   Mineral Resources – to identify the resource requirements of China and India and propose projects that would see resources from the OIC countries being exported taking into all environmental and social factors.

C)  Infrastructure Development – to identify the various projects that require investment in China, India and the OIC and do the feasibility study for them and bring in the members to participate in the project.

Other special interest groups such as English Education ( in China by Indian teachers), Halal Food or Islamic Banking could be constituted as and when the need arises.
